Privacy Notice
This notice explains how we handle your personal data when you visit emlakop.com and fill in the demo request form. In short: we only collect what we need to answer your request, we don't sell it, and we don't use advertising trackers.
1. Who we are
Emlakop is software developed and operated by Winwestor Inc. Winwestor Inc. is the data controller for personal data collected on this website.

2. What data we process
What you give us in the demo request form: your name, office name, phone number, email address, city or region, team size, the system you currently use, your message, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
What is added automatically when you send the form: the page and language you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link (such as utm_source), and the country your connection comes from. The country is derived from your IP address by our hosting provider; we do not store your IP address with your request.
Technical logs: on every visit our hosting infrastructure briefly keeps technical logs such as IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time, for security and troubleshooting.
We don't ask for special category data (such as health, religion or biometric data); please don't include it in your message.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering your demo request, contacting you and, if you wish, sending an offer. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the consent you give in the form.
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse and spam. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- Understanding which channels bring visitors (campaign tags), to improve our marketing. Legal basis: our legitimate interests.
- Meeting our legal obligations and establishing or defending legal claims.
We will not add you to newsletters or marketing lists unless you separately agree to it.
4. Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. To run the website we work with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf and only as needed:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, the database that stores form submissions, and security services.
- Resend: sending a notification email to our team when a new request arrives (servers in the EU).
- Google: our business mailbox, where request notifications arrive, and the web fonts used on the site. When you open a page, your browser sends your IP address to Google to load the fonts.
We may also disclose data to public authorities where they request it and the law allows it.
5. International transfers
The servers of these providers may be located outside your country, including in the European Union and the United States. Where data leaves the UK, the EU, Türkiye or North Cyprus, we rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as standard contractual clauses and the providers' data protection commitments.
6. How long we keep it
- Demo requests: 24 months from our last contact. If you become an Emlakop customer, we keep the data for the duration of our contract and any legally required period.
- Technical logs: a short time, usually a few days.
After that, data is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you.
7. Cookies
We don't use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't build visitor profiles. Our hosting provider may set a single strictly necessary security cookie when needed to protect the site from malicious traffic.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have your data erased,
- restrict or object to our processing,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing before the withdrawal),
- complain to a supervisory authority, such as the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or the data protection authority in your EU country.
These rights come from the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and North Cyprus Personal Data Protection Law No. 89/2007, as applicable.
To exercise your rights, email info@emlakop.com stating who you are and what you are asking for. We reply free of charge within 30 days.
9. Data inside the Emlakop software
This notice only covers the emlakop.com website. For data that real estate offices keep in the Emlakop software about their own clients, properties and requests, the office is the data controller; Winwestor Inc. processes that data on the office's behalf and instructions, as a data processor. This is covered by the service agreement with each office.

We may update this notice from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows the last change.
